We understand that plans can change. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cmg@fusfoundation.org.

The following refund schedule applies:

• Cancellations received on or before Monday, 19 October 2026 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.

• Cancellations received 20–28 October 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

• Cancellations received after Wednesday, 28 October 2026 are non-refundable, except in qualifying extenuating circumstances as described below.

Refunds will not be provided for portions of the Celebration that a registrant does not attend, including late arrival or early departure.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional charge or, when available, change your registration to virtual attendance.

The Foundation recognizes that serious and unexpected circumstances can arise after the cancellation deadline. An attendee who is unable to attend because of serious illness, a family emergency, significant travel disruption, or another significant unforeseen circumstance may submit a written request for an exception to the refund policy to cmg@fusfoundation.org.

Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval and the amount of any refund are at the Foundation's discretion and are not guaranteed.

Routine travel delays, missed flights, or changes in personal or professional plans generally do not qualify for an exception. However, the Foundation may consider significant circumstances outside an attendee's reasonable control that make attendance impracticable, including widespread weather-related cancellations or other major transportation disruptions.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional charge. Please contact cmg@fusfoundation.org as soon as possible and provide the substitute attendee's registration information.

Substitutions will be accepted through Friday, 6 November 2026. Substitution requests after that date will be accommodated when reasonably possible.

Registrants may change from in-person to virtual attendance, or from virtual to in-person attendance, through Wednesday, 28 October 2026, subject to availability.

For changes made on or before 28 October, any applicable difference in registration fee will be charged or refunded.

After 28 October, requests to change from in-person to virtual attendance will be accommodated when reasonably possible; however, no refund of the difference in registration fee will be provided.

Requests to change from virtual to in-person attendance after 28 October are subject to availability and the Foundation's ability to accommodate the attendee after attendance counts and event commitments have been finalized. Any applicable additional registration fee will apply.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify the program, substitute speakers, and reschedule or cancel individual sessions. Such program changes do not constitute grounds for a registration refund.

If circumstances beyond the Foundation's reasonable control require cancellation of the Celebration in its entirety, the Foundation will determine the appropriate treatment of registration fees based on the circumstances, including whether the Celebration is rescheduled or a substantially equivalent virtual program is offered.

The Foundation is not responsible for attendees' airfare, hotel, ground transportation, or other travel-related expenses resulting from cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Celebration.

Registration must be accompanied by full payment by an accepted payment method. Unless otherwise indicated, registration fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Registrants using non-U.S. payment methods are responsible for any currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other fees imposed by their financial institution.

Exhibitors are subject to the cancellation and substitution provisions above but are not eligible for refunds based on the personal circumstances of an individual representative. An exhibiting organization may designate another representative to attend in place of the original registrant.

Any separate sponsorship or exhibit agreement will control if its cancellation terms differ from this policy.
